Introduction

Welcome to Kinshu. This is a modding guide for Cyberpunk 2077

The purpose of this mod guide is to improve aspects of Cyberpunk to bring it to a generally higher standard than it currently sits at. Most of the vanilla gameplay mechanics are still recognisable but have been altered to be more meaningful and rewarding while staying true to what the game was originally

The guide recommends that you are at least somewhat familliar with modding Cyberpunk although I will provide instructions on how to do it if you don't know

Guide Features

Gameplay

• No whole game overhaul mods used
• Enhancements made to some of the enemies in the game e.g. Netrunners
• Reduction in the amount of loot across the game
• Consequences for using too many cybernetics
• Reworking to the gangs and lifepaths to give them some diversity and consequence in choice

Visuals

• No lighting mods were used
• No reshades were used
• Environmental textures improved using HDRP and some other small mods

Small Changes

• Fixing a number of bugs present in the base game
• Number of QoLs to streamline the experience
