Combat camera

• add Max camera distance option for the combat camera, when used in conjuction with the regular distance slider it can help keep the camera at a reasonable distance while still ensuring it is far enough so you can see most opponents.

Horse camera

• fix an issue that appeared during my attempts at making the mod more compatible with smart camera:
  • the camera now properly uses the horse distance settings
  • the mod is now fully compatible with immersive camera, smart camera overides its horse settings completely if it is enabled
