Introduction

Weapon durability as a concept is not one that I am fond of as it acts as both a sink of time and money which you could be spending elsewhere. However the various attempts by mods to remove its impact have not been as far-reaching as they could be. This mod aims to extend the removal of the concept of durability and repair

Details

This mod changes some of the game logic so that weapon durability is not lost on hitting an enemy. This does not force durability to 100% no matter what so a sword you might find as loot can still be low durability and will need to be repaired with a repair kit

This mod also removes the durability indicator from the tooltip of swords and armor so you don't need to see it ever again

Finally this mod removes the ability to access the repair module of a blacksmith/armorer as there is not much need for it anymore. There is an argument to be made regarding found items having low durability but that is what repair kits are more useful for now

This mod was made specifically on the scripts of the Next Gen edition of the game. I do not accept requests for backports

Installation

Place modUnbreakable in your mods folder. Merge scripts if needed

Uninstallation

Take modUnbreakable out of your mods folder
