Made this a few months ago, and decided to share, maybe somebody can be interested.
I know, there's already a mod that does the same thing but it was getting rid of eyebrows too and was editing the texture.
This mod only removes sideburns, and doesn't edit the texture so you can choose which one you want to play with.
